Ohio State Beekeepers Association, Inc. ~ Fall Conference/Annual Meeting
October 23 & 24, 2026 The Ohio State Beekeepers Association, Inc. is holding its Fall Conference/Annual Meeting at Kent State University-Ashtabula Campus, 3300 Lake Rd W, Ashtabula, Ohio 44004. Based on past attendance, we anticipate attendance of over 325 beekeepers.
The University gymnasium is easily accessible, and offers parking, a large auditorium and classrooms, large lunchroom and several halls for vendors. This facility enhances the conference experience for participants and vendors.
We welcome you to participate as a Vendor at our Fall Conference. A vendor space 10’ wide x 8’ deep for $75 (include – 2 chairs). Vendors will provide their own tables. Additionally, the OSBA Program Guide will have a business card size ad (3.5”x2”) for free, larger sizes can be purchased for an additional cost, quarter page, half page, or whole page options, please see details below.
OSBA will be marketing the Fall Conference/Annual Meeting with ads in industry publications, local media, as well as the OSBA website, Facebook, and via email to membership. In addition, invitations will be sent to all Ohio local beekeeping associations, as well as the associations in Pennsylvania, Indiana, Michigan, and New York. We expect this conference to be well attended.

Vendor Setup and Space Information
A vendor is $75.00 each (10’ wide x 8’ deep – 2 chairs). Vendors may also set up a trailer in the parking lot only if they have paid for an indoor space.
All Vendors are required to donate an item(s) for Youth Scholarship Program raffle- retailing up to $100.
- Setup for vendors is Friday, October 23th from 12 PM to 8 PM
- Saturday, October 24th from 6 AM to 8 AM.
Doors open for attendees at 6 pm on Friday and 8 am on Saturday. Vendors must be set up, no later than Saturday morning by 8 am and ready to conduct business. Friday evening set up is suggested/preferred.
We recommend you reserve your space early so that we can advertise it on the OSBA website, social media, program and in other locations. Prime spots will be reserved on a first come, first served.
Donations, Brochures and other Handouts
OSBA welcomes any additional donations of beekeeping-related items to be used as door prizes and our traditional silent raffle to support the Youth Scholarship Program at the Conference. These items will be displayed with the donor’s name for attendees to view.
Any brochures, catalogs, and handouts must be made available for the conference committee members to have prior to placement, if you want items in the conference gift tote bags.

Advertisement rates for ads in the program are as follows:
Business Card (3.5×2 inch, hxw): FREE (you must send an email with your artwork attached)
Black & White 1/4 Page (5×3.75 inches, hxw): $50
Black & White 1/2 page (5×8 inches, hxw): $60
Black & White Full Page (10.5 x 8 inches, hxw): $115
Full Page Color (10.5 x 8 inches, hxw) (3 spots – first come) $150
