OSBA Constitution ~ Proposed Ballot Changes

OSBA Constitution ~ proposed ballot changes.

The OSBA Board has proposed changes to our Constitution. Due to the ever-increasing lack of volunteerism across the State of Ohio, many different organizations, associations, and clubs are having to change their bylaws and constitutions to keep it running. Every 501(c)(3) must follow Robert’s Rules of Order and Ohio Revised Code 1702.34 when operating with the minimum essential officers. Please see the added language below or open the complete constitution document for your review.
