OSBA Donation Form ~ Our organization operates from membership fees, donations, and a small income from the traveling speaker program. As we draw toward the end of the year, we are looking for individuals, businesses, or organizations that would like to donate now before December 31st. Contributions would be a tax deduction on your tax return and specifically help those individuals or businesses/organizations that would like to have deductions for their year-end charitable contributions. Kroger Community Rewards ~ One of the ways in which we do this is through our Kroger Community Rewards program.
