Zoom Hosting

Zoom Hosting is a service that OSBA is offering to Ohio organizations. Many organizations do not have the IT personnel, the software, or the hardware to host virtual educational presentations to their members. There are currently (6) OSBA Board members who are trained to be the host (technical middleman) so you can reach out to more speakers and educational opportunities for your club. Using the download link below, we ask you to complete the fillable .pdf document (name, contact information, organization name, date, and time of the event) or email the information to zoom-hosting@ohiostatebeekeepers.org. One of the trained members will reply with their information with an active Zoom link that you must send out to your speaker(s) and members. You may also post this in your newsletter, social media, or other communications. The host will activate the Zoom link 30-minutes prior to your event for video and sound checks. This allows us time to troubleshoot any problems.

 

Costs:

Ohio Organizations ~ $25.00 per event

OSBA Affiliates ~ free per event
